Shipping & Delivery Policy 

At Veloce Sports, we are committed to delivering your premium athletic gear as quickly and efficiently as possible. 

1. Processing Times 

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped. During high-demand periods or product launches, processing may take up to 3 business days. 

2. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom) 

We offer reliable shipping across the UK via Royal Mail and other premium carriers. 

3. European Union 

Our apparel and accessories are fulfilled by Printful from their European production centres, meaning no customs charges or import duties apply for EU customers. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days from order confirmation. 

4. Rest of World 

We ship worldwide via Printful's global fulfilment network. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–15 business days). Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations — these are the responsibility of the customer. 

5. Digital Products 

Our Elite Digital Posters are delivered globally via instant email delivery with zero shipping fees. 

6. Order Tracking 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. 

7. Shipping to P.O. Boxes 

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your address falls into this category, we will contact you to find an alternative solution. 

8. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. EU customers are also entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Please review our full Refund Policy for more details.
